8-A:     Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District and City of Santa Monica  Revised Elementary School Playground Access Program – recommendation that the City Council adopt the Revised Elementary School Playground Access Program Plan, and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a program agreement with the School District for program implementation.
