Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Santa Monica Amending Sections 8.108.030
and 8.108.040 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code Which Adopts Santa Monica
Amendments to the California Building Standards Code Relating to Green Building
Standards
At its meeting on
September 11, 2001, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
amending two Municipal Code provisions relating to the California Building
Standard Code. The ordinance is now
presented to Council for adoption.
Staff recommends that
the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
