Introduction
At its meeting
on October 23, 2001, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
amending various sections of the Municipal Code relating to street performance
and vending. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is
respectfully recommended that the Council adopt the attached ordinance.
