Ordinances May Remain in Effect
Introduction
At its meeting on June 24, 2003,
the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance amending the
Municipal Code relating to the amount of time initial interim ordinances may
remain in effect. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended
that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
