Introduction
At its meeting on June 24, 2003,
the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance extending the
initial interim ordinance allowing administrative approval of sidewalk cafes
and waiving the parking requirement for sidewalk cafes of a specified size. The ordinance is now presented to the City
Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended
that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
