A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Bloom at 6:15 p.m., on Tuesday, May 27, 2003, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

On order of the Mayor the public hearing was opened. Members of the public Jerry Rubin, Joe Natoli and Joey Fullmer expressed various concerns regarding the proposed budget matters.
