Introduction
At its meeting of August 26,
2003, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance amending the
City=s Zoning Ordinance to establish a definition for
Supervised Residential and Educational Facility for Young Adults Emancipated
from Foster Care and to allow this use in the R-1 Single Family Residential
District subject to a Conditional Use Permit.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended
that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
