A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Bloom at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, September 4, 2003, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

Mayor Pro Tem Kevin McKeown (arrived at 7:12 p.m.)

Councilmember Ken Genser

Councilmember Robert T. Holbrook (arrived at 7:15 p.m.)

Councilmember Pam O’Connor

Also Present: City Manager Susan McCarthy

City Clerk Maria M. Stewart

CONVENE/PLEDGE

On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 7:00 p.m., with Councilmember Holbrook and Mayor Pro Tem McKeown absent.

CLOSED SESSIONS

Mayor Pro Tem McKeown arrived at 7:12 p.m.

Councilmember Holbrook arrived at 7:15 p.m.

On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed to closed sessions to consider the following:

2-A: Public Employee Evaluations.

Title of Employees: City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk

ACTION: Heard. No reportable action taken.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

There was no one present for public comment.

ADJOURNMENT:
