NOVEMBER 22, 2004

A regular meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Bloom at 12:38 p.m., on Monday, November 22, 2004, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

CONVENE

On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 12:38 p.m., with Councilmembers Genser, Katz, and Holbrook absent.

SPECIAL ITEMS:

LIGHT RAIL PROJECT PRESENTATION

4-A: Mid-City Exposition Light Rail Project B presentation by Rick Thorpe, Chief Capital Management Officer, including a briefing and a project overview was conducted.

On order of the Mayor, the information was received and filed. No formal action was taken.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

Member of the public Joey Fullmer commented on light rail-related issues.

ADJOURNMENT:

On order of the Mayor, the City Council meeting was adjourned at 12:55 p.m.
