CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

DECEMBER 14, 2004

A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Bloom at 4:55 p.m., on Tuesday, December 14, 2004, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

CONVENE/PLEDGE

On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 4:55 p.m., with all members present. Mayor Bloom led the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance.

CLOSED SESSIONS

On order of the Mayor, the City Council recessed at 4:56 p.m., to consider this closed session, then recessed the special Council Meeting and reconvened to the regular City Council meeting at 5:47 p.m. Thereafter, Council reconvened the special meeting at 7:25 p.m., with all members present, and recessed to hear this closed session.

On order of the Mayor, the Council convened in public at 7:50 p.m., with all members present to report the following:

2-A: Conference with Legal Counsel B Existing Litigation: Abraham Supino v. City of Santa Monica, Case No. SC 080 283, and related cases.

ACTION: Heard. No reportable action taken.

ADJOURNMENT:

On order of the Mayor, the Special City Council Meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
