SUBJECT: Approve Mid Fiscal Year 2004/05 Budget Changes

INTRODUCTION

This staff report recommends mid fiscal year budget changes to the Housing Authority Fund, Redevelopment Funds and Parking Authority Fund.

DISCUSSION

Required mid-year actions by the Housing Authority, Redevelopment Agency and Parking Authority were inadvertently omitted from the January 25, 2005 staff report.

Descriptions of the proposed changes to revenues, expenditures and balance sheet transactions are shown in the exhibits provided with the January 25, 2005 staff report.

BUDGET / FINANCIAL IMPACT

Mid-year changes for these funds are detailed in Exhibits A1 and A2 of the January 25, 2005 staff report.

RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that Housing Authority, Redevelopment Agency and Parking Authority approve the budget changes detailed in Exhibit A1 an A2.
