Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor O=Connor at 5:50 p.m., on Tuesday, March 15, 2005, at
City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

City Council convened at 5:50 p.m., with all members present. Assistant City Manager Gordon Anderson led
the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Members of the public Joey
Fullmer, Dick Orton, Hasan Ikhrata, Randall Rutsch, Will Recher, and Jeffrey
Timlin addressed various related issues.
Members of the City Council
and the Planning Commission held a joint discussion on the issues
presented. No formal action was taken.
