            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Santa Monica City Council will be held at 5:45 P.M., on Wednesday, November 2, 2005, in the Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street, Santa Monica.  The meeting will be for the purpose of conducting the following business:
