Summary
At its meeting on
April 11, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an interim
ordinance that extended and modified a previously adopted interim ordinance relating
to the City’s density bonus and affordable housing incentives in accordance
with state density bonus law. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
