1-B:     Memorial Park underwater drinking water reservoir feasibility study and design - recommendation to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with Tetra Tech, in the amount of $959,972, for management services, feasibility study, preliminary design report, financing alternatives, public outreach, design-build and other related tasks for a proposed underground drinking water reservoir.

13-C:  Request of Mayor Pro Tem Katz and Councilmember Holbrook that the City Council direct staff to analyze and return with a proposed emergency ordinance for addressing the impacts of single room occupancy projects over 50 units.
