7-A:     Second reading and adoption of an ordinance amending Section 2.24.073 of the Municipal Code to increase the dollar limit threshold requiring City Council approval for professional services agreements from more than $55,000 to more than $70,000.  (This ordinance was introduced May 8, 2007.)
