Summary
At its meeting on April 8, 2008, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance amending the outdoor smoking ordinance to make restaurant business and managers liable under certain circumstances, reduce the amount of fines, and prohibit smoking on library property. This ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
