November 3rd - November 17th.
Directions to enter league:
1. Fill out team registration form
including team roster.
2. Select the correct league fee for
team and fill out check, money order
or credit card
for the correct
amount.
3. If you have new players to add to
your team, have new players fill out
and sign
player liability form.
4. Turn in forfeit bond, all completed liability
forms, team registration form with
check,
money order or credit card
made payable to the City of Santa
Monica.
5. Turn in separate forfeit bond fee
of $60 made out to Eagle Sports.
