The Waiting List

Due to the popularity of this program, the waiting list is long - it may take years before you are assigned a plot.

When an opening arises, staff will contact the first person on the waiting list who has requested the type of plot that is available to arrange an appointment to visit the site and review requirements.

Agreement & Fee

All new and existing gardeners sign an annual licensing agreement and pay a fee of $60 per calendar year (pro-rated by quarter).

For New Gardeners

All new gardeners will receive an orientation to ensure that their experience is successful.

Rules & Regulations

All gardeners must comply with the Community Gardens Program Rules & Regulations.
