Monica has 26 parks for community use. In
addition to parks, Santa Monica also has a wide
range of recreation facilities to support active
lifestyles.
Park Facilities

City
parks are open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., with
the exception of Palisades Park and Chess Park.
Palisades Park is open from 5 a.m. to midnight and
Chess Park is open from sunrise to sunset.
