Volunteers
Opportunities
Special Olympic
volunteers are very special people who give
their time energy, effort and heart to bring
smiles to our athletes. Volunteer coaches
are needed to coach seasonal sports
training. Each volunteer attends a
orientation to explore the many
opportunities. Coaches make a commitment
of 1-1/2 to 2 hours a week for a 12-16
week period of time.
If you like working
behind the scenes, there are many support
opportunities to assist in fundraising,
outreach, public education and program
planning.
