Urban Runoff Plan: Worksheet & Summary is required when a 50% remodel of the building is proposed. Treat & Release option for compliance.

C& D Waste Management Plan Form is required for any remodel that costs over $50,000 or involves over 1000 square foot area.

C& D Waste Management Final Compliance Report is required after the project is complete to obtain a refund of the deposit .

Green Building Materials List is required for projects that must comply with the City’s Green Building Ordinance SMMC 8.108.050. Include in the plans, a completed form with 5 green building materials and manufacturer’s “cut sheets” and other data to confirm that the proposed green building materials comply with the minimum requirements described on the Green Building Materials List.


Utilities

Application for Water Service is required to check the meter size any time there is plumbing in the project.  Instructions and general information for meter sizing questionnaire.

Wastewater Capital Facility Fee Questionnaire is required when the building area or number of residential units is increased.  Instructions and general information for wastewater capital facility questionnaire.

Application for Water Demand Mitigation is required when a substantial remodel increases the water usage.  Instructions and general information for wastewater capital facility questionnaire.


City Properties

Application for Revocable Encroachment Permit is required when the project includes construction into or over the public right of way.


Other Permit Forms

Excavation and Shoring Plan is required to determine that projects with excavation and shoring do not adversely affect public rights of way and utilities.

Right of Way Excavation Permit Application is required by the contractor to construct underground piping in the public right of way.

Wireless Facility Permit Application is required by the contractor to construct underground piping in the public right of way.
