Administrative Services Division
The Administrative Service
Division provides
administrative support to the divisions of the
Department of Public Works. Activities include
preparing the department budget and assisting with
long range capital improvements project planning;
coordinating staff reports for City council
consideration; monitoring departmental responses to
citizen inquiries; managing the public right of way,
public works permit and film permit process; and
conducting specialized research and analysis. This
division is also responsible for inter-departmental
and inter-agency coordination and the management of
the Cemetery, Street Maintenance, and Architecture
sections.
