To Receive/Request a Refund

• If you made an overpayment on a parking citation, you should receive a notice in the mail from the City during the month of October. You must sign and return the notice in order to receive a refund. 

• If you believe an overpayment was made and wish to initiate a request for a refund, please complete the request form.

1. Please print, sign and mail the completed form to:

2. The City will review the information provided on the request form. If a refund is due and no additional information is required, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
