B.  1943-59 High Place Development Staff presentation on proposed request for approximately $1,350,000 of California Building Equity and Growth in Neighborhoods (BEGIN) program grant funds for the High Place affordable homeownership development, and possible discussion, comments and actions.
 

6.      NEW BUSINESS

A.     AB 2922 Low/Moderate Income Housing FundStaff presentation on proposed State bill that would change the housing set-aside requirement related to redevelopment funds from 20 percent to 50 percent, and possible discussion, comments and actions.  (Staff Report)

B.   Loan/Grant Request for Proposed Development at 1944 20th StreetStaff presentation on a request for Housing Trust Fund Loan/Grant funding of approximately $3,010,789 for the acquisition and rehabilitation of an eight-unit affordable housing development, and possible discussion, comments and actions.  (Staff Report)

C.   Mobilehome Rehabilitation and Replacement ProgramStaff presentation of a proposed mobilehome assistance program at Mountainview Mobilehome Park that provides funding for owners in repairing or replacing their mobilehome, and possible discussion, comments and actions.   (Staff Report)
