AB 2922 Low/Moderate Income Housing Fund – Staff
presentation on proposed State bill that would
change the housing set-aside requirement related to
redevelopment funds from 20 percent to 50 percent,
and possible discussion, comments and actions.

Request for Proposed Development at 1944 20th Street – Staff
presentation on a request for Housing Trust Fund
Loan/Grant funding of approximately $3,010,789 for
the acquisition and rehabilitation of an eight-unit
affordable housing development, and possible

Rehabilitation and Replacement Program – Staff
presentation of a proposed mobilehome assistance
program at Mountainview Mobilehome Park that
