RFP for Property Management Services:
A
Request For Proposals (RFP) has been issued to
provide Property Management Services for the
City-owned Mountain View Mobile Home Park. All
questions on the RFP shall be submitted via e-mail
to Melissa Lindley at
melissa.lindley@smgov.net by Wednesday
October 28, 2009 at 5:00 pm. All proposals are due
by Monday November 9, 2009 at 5:00 pm.

RFP for New Units:
Thank
you for your patience as we continue to clarify the
scope of the Request For Proposal (RFP) to design,
build and install “green” affordable home units at
the City-owned Mountain View Mobile Home Park. The
process has taken a little longer than we expected.
We expect to re-issue the revised RFP within the
next few weeks. For those interested parties that
have provided their email contact information to us,
we will email you upon re-opening of the RFP.
