ONGOING PROGRAMS

HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE

After school homework assistance is offered throughout the school year.  Elementary and Middle School  students can get help with homework,  develop new learning skills with computer games, reading and educational games.      The high school program offers different programs for homework assistance and college preparation. 

AFTER SCHOOL ADVENTURES

Program participants can play a variety of indoor games and outdoor sports for fitness and fun.

FRIDAY FUN

Every Friday there will be a different activity planned for youth in elementary & middle school and an occasional off-site trip to the movies or other activity.

CULTURAL ARTS CLASSES

Virginia Avenue Park offers a variety of cultural arts classes throughout the year.  View our program for current cultural arts classes being offered.

SATURDAY PROGRAM

While parents shop at the Virginia Avenue Park farmer's market, kids can visit our drop-in program and participate in outdoor sports, arts & crafts workshops or work on a weekend homework project.

DAY CAMP

Day camp is offered during Spring Break, Summer and Winter Break.
