Human Services Grants Program (HSGP) FY2011-15
(Formerly known as the Community Development Program)

Community Development Program Year End Report FY09-10 Highlights the accomplishments, challenges, trends and performance of agencies funded through the City's Community Development Program.

Community Development (CD) Program Service Provider Guide -A convenient guide to the non-profit human services and housing development organizations that the City provides funding support to.
 

Consolidated Plan FY2010-15
Identifies community needs, establishes housing and community development strategies, and creates a set of objectives to guide Federal funding decisions over the next five years.
  

Action Plan FY 2011-12 - A status report to the Five-Year Consolidated Plan that details activities to be funded with CDBG and HOME funds in the coming year.
 

Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report 2010 (CAPER) -A status report on how the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME grant funded projects and activities are meeting the City’s overall housing and community development needs.
 

Community Voices - Final Report -Report on comprehensive community planning process: Community Voices. The report (English version; Spanish version) was released March 2000.
