FIVE TEEN BANDS WILL "ROCK THE PIER!"

Five high school garage bands will perform at the "Rock the Pier" concert at the Arcadia on the Santa Monica Pier on Friday, February 18 from 6 to 10 pm.  Bands performing include American Minority, Immune, Exposition, Lactate Intolerant, and A Moment of Silence, with styles ranging from pop punk to rock to indie.

Admission is free but high school identification will be required.  The event is being produced by the Santa Monica Public Library Teen Council, a group of high school students that support the library in its service to teens.  Arcadia is located next to the carousel at 250 Santa Monica Pier.
