October 2004 Final Environmental Impact Statement On October 29, 2001, the
Civic Center Working Group developed a consensus direction regarding the Land
Use Plan for the Civic Center area, as well as a series of related
recommendations. The Land Use Plan
and Related Recommendations can be viewed below. On October 14 and 16, 2001, the Working Group hosted a community workshop to review and solicit public input on the evaluation and recommendations for the Civic Center Specific Plan. The evaluation and recommendations can be viewed by clicking here. On July 1, 2001, the Civic Center Working Group hosted a Community Planning Day. A summary can be viewed below: During April and May 2001, the Working Group held a series of public workshop meetings focused on specific topic related to the update of the Specific Plan.
