Promenade, C3C, Applicant: Albert Mizrahi/Gotham Hall.
Application for a Conditional Use Permit to amend
Conditional Use Permit 92-014 to permit a 4,766 sq.ft.
expansion of an existing 9,365 sq.ft restaurant/bar with
an approved Type-47 (On-Sale General for Public Eating
Place) alcohol license on the second floor and roof deck
of 1429 Third Street Promenade. The proposal includes a
request for a 190 sq.ft. dance floor, a 102 sq.ft.
stage, and live music. The proposal would add 237 seats
to the existing 206 seats for a proposed total of 443
seats. A public hearing was conducted on this matter;
action at this time is approval of findings and
conditions per prior direction of the Planning
Commission.

101 Broadway, RVC Applicant: Extrablatt 2
Cafe/Restaurant. Application for a Conditional Use
Permit, Variance and Performance Standards Permit to
allow a 338 square foot sidewalk seating addition to an
existing restaurant with no additional parking spaces
in-lieu of the 5 parking spaces required by code. The
proposal requires an amendment to an existing
Conditional Use Permit allowing alcohol service at the
establishment. A public hearing was conducted on this
matter; action at this time is approval of findings and
conditions per prior direction of the Plannning

Monica Municipal Code Relating to the Length of Permit
Terms, Location: Citywide. The proposed text amendment
modifies Zoning Ordinance Sections 9.04.20.08.040;
9.04.20.10.060; 9.04.20.11.060; 9.04.20.12.060;
9.04.20.14.050; 9.04.20.26.050; 9.04.20.28.030;
9.04.20.32.060; and 9.04.20.34.080 related to the term

lieu of twenty one (21) spaces of on-site metered public

9-A: Consideration of Scheduling a Revocation Hearing on
Conditional Use Permit, 625 Montana, C2, Conditional Use
Permit 546 permits the issuance of a Type 20 (Off-Sale
Beer & Wine) alcohol license, and Conditional Use Permit
90-074 allows wine-tasting and wine tasting classes on-
site in conjunction with a Type-42 (On-sale Beer and Wine
for Public Premises) alcohol license. In the event that
the Planning Commission determines that a revocation
hearing is appropriate, the hearing will be scheduled for
a subsequent date. (Planner: Susan Healy Keene)
