The Discretionary Permit Application should be used for the following permits:
Adjustment, Conditional Use Permit, Development Review, Reduced Parking Permit, Use Permit, Variance and Yard Modification

The Administrative Permit Application is used for the following permits:
Administrative Approval, Alcohol Determination, Alcohol Exemption, Performance Standards Permit, and Temporary Use Permits

Shared Parking Application (a new provision was added to the LUCE Interim Ordinance to allow shared parking in the LUCE Downtown area only.  This is an administrative application.)

Architectural Review Board: Building Design, Colors, Materials, and Landscape Plans [revised 8/24/2005]

Pre-Submittal Review Application & Applicant Guide (for early staff review of proposed project prior to formal filing)

Request For Planning Final Inspection (required to request a planning final inspection)
