INTEGRAL TAI'CHI QIGONG: SOARING CRANE (8 WEEKS)
Come soar with us! Due to its popularity and effectiveness, Soaring Crane Qigong will be presented again this fall. This is one of the most beneficial of all practices. Gentle movement coordinated with breathing techniques will reduce stress and increase balance, resistance to disease, flexibility and strength, as well as improve breathing and movement.
