INTEGRAL T'AI CHI QIGONG: (8 weeks)  

The 8 pieces of Brocade Qigong for health and longevity will be taught and practiced. Sitting meditations and Qigongs will also be introduced in preparation for winter. Standing practices are described as gentle movement coordinated with breathing techniques to reduce stress and increase flexibility and strength. Practice opens the joints and energy channels. All levels/ages welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes. $8 materials fee due to instructor on first day of class.

INTEGRAL T’AI CHI CHUAN  

Energetic 48-movement version of Yang-style Taiji, Chan Si Gong-Chinese Silk Reeling and Qigong and Push Hands improves structure and movement, promotes balance, health, self-defense, moral fitness and stability. Gung fu and internal strength will also be taught. Class includes practicing with partners. $8 materials fee due to instructor on first day of class.

INTEGRAL T’AI CHI QIGONG AND INTEGRAL T’AI CHI CHUAN  

Both classes may be taken during the same session at a discount. Beginners may also take both classes. (If taking one class, beginning with Tai Chi Qigong is recommended, but the choice is yours. Taking both can bring great benefit!) $15 materials fee due first day of class.
