INTEGRAL T'AI CHI QIGONG: (8 weeks)

| The 8 pieces of Brocade Qigong for health and longevity
will be taught and practiced. Sitting meditations and
Qigongs will also be introduced in preparation for
winter. Standing practices are described as gentle
movement coordinated with breathing techniques to reduce
stress and increase flexibility and strength. Practice
opens the joints and energy channels. All levels/ages
welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes.
$8 materials fee due to instructor on first day of
