INTEGRAL T’ai Chi Qigong: Essential Qigong (8 weeks)

Essential Qigong will include basic and intermediate practices to refine
energy, reduce stress, increase flexibility, balance and strength. Each
session will include a review of previous lessons and addition of new
exercises. Standing and Sitting Qigong(s) utilize gentle, easy-to-learn
movement coordinated with breathing techniques. Practice opens the
joints and energy channels. All levels and ages welcome. Wear
comfortable clothing and flat-bottomed shoes. $10 materials fee due to
instructor on the first day of class.

INTEGRAL
T’ai Chi Ch’uan (8 weeks)
Energetic 48-movement version of Yang-Style Taiji, Chan Si Gong—Chinese
Silk Reeling & Qigong and Push Hands will improve structure and movement
while promoting balance, health, self defense, moral fitness and
stability. Class will learn Gung fu and Internal Strength and will
include practicing with partners. Recent studies show that even short
periods of T’ai Chi Ch’uan practice can increase immunity to disease and
decrease stress. $10 materials fee due to instructor at first class.
