Energetic 48-movement version of Yang-Style Taiji, Chan Si Gong - Chinese Silk Reeling & Qigong and Push Hands improves Physical Structure and Movement, and promotes balance, health, self defense, moral fitness and stability. We learn Gung fu and Internal Strength. The class includes practicing with partners.
