Collection Services for Business
The City of Santa Monica’s Solid Waste Management Division provides refuse and
recycling services to commercial businesses. Container sizes that are available
to commercial businesses include: 68-, 95- and 300-gallon containers and 2- and 3-cubic-yard bins for refuse. The fee varies according to the frequency of
service, and the number and size of containers that are being serviced. The
standard commercial service level for refuse is once weekly. The good news
for Santa Monica commercial refuse customers is that recycling for your business
waste is sometimes as easy as picking-up the telephone. Call (310)

Drop-Off Services for Business
Solid Waste offers drop-off recycling services at the Santa Monica Recycling
Center located at 2411 Delaware Avenue, near Cloverfield Blvd. and Michigan Ave.
The center hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 2
p.m. Saturday (closed on Sunday).
